I always decorate the plates I serve my 5 year old son to make his food look appetizing and I add lots of love and patience for trial and error. There are some dishes he loves and others he is not a fun of; the idea is to keep trying until you find ways to give their bodies the nutrition they need.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Sautéed Cabbage
  2. Fresh cabbage, lean ground beef, white onions, garlic, tomatoes, red peppers.
  3. Served with...
  4. Homemade brown rice, raw spinach, cucumbers, raw red peppers, and raw carrots. A pinch of sea salt.

PREPARATION

Sauté the cabbage and lean ground beef with onions, garlic, tomatoes, and add a pinch of sea salt. FYI - If you cook the meet first there is no need to add any type of oil. Served with brown rice and set a bed of a raw spinach on the side topped with cucumbers, raw red peppers, and raw carrots on top.
