If you make their dishes look good, your children will be more likely to eat them. Be creative, persistent, and patient!!!

INGREDIENTS

  1. Peeled and sliced fresh cucumbers
  2. fresh spinach leaves
  3. skinless rotisserie chicken breast
  4. a ripe avocado
  5. finely chopped walnuts
  6. Use baby carrots for decoration

PREPARATION

Puree the avocado and it mix it well with the chicken and add the walnuts. Place the pieces of cucumber on a plate, put spinach leaves on each one, and add your mixture on top; use baby carrots to decorate. You can sprinkle the walnuts on top instead of mixing it with the avocado and chicken.
